Clement is an Ontario licensed Real Estate Broker who has extensive and in-depth experience in the global finance and investment industry. His qualification includes a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Certified Public Accountant designation and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Nigeria, West Africa.

Clement trained and worked with one of the Big Five Accounting firm in Lagos Nigeria (Deloitte & Touche) from 1989 to 1994 and his main area of specialty is Consultancy, Accounting and Audit of multi-national corporations.

Clement later worked for several investment and Retail banks for over 14 years where he headed and handled successfully complex activities/functions as Head of Financial Control and Group head of Risk management before migrating to North America in 2005.

In North America, Clement is a graduate of Accounting and Information Technology, Financial Planning and Tax Management Consulting.

With his versatile knowledge in the field of Accounting and investment, Clement decided to have feel of Mortgage Industry hence in 2006, he was licensed as a Broker and subsequently joined one of the leading Mortgage Brokerage firms in Ontario, Northwood Mortgage.

For the past 10 years, Clement has been able to actualize the dreams of a lot of Canadians and foreigners by helping them secure ideal mortgages for their ideal homes and businesses.

Clément’s daily interaction with home buyers and sellers as a mortgage agent enable him to be aware of the numerous problems home buyers encounter when the seek to buyer their ideal homes as their needs weren’t properly met. His desire to guide and help such people achieve their home ownership and investment goals is what inspired Clement to pursue his real estate license.

Clement is focused on helping clients purchase that property or business that is perfect for them!! He believes that having full knowledge of the real estate market, complemented with thorough understanding of Canadian Mortgage lending processes will enable him to provide his clients unique home-buying experience by providing them authentic, seamless and stress-free services when making one of the biggest investment decisions of their lives.
