About me

Clement is a licensed real estate agent who holds extensive experience and expert knowledge in the financial and investment industry. His qualifications include: a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA); a Chartered Accountant designation, and also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Lagos Nigeria. Clement trained and worked with the International Accounting firm of Deloitte and Touché (Lagos, Nigeria) from 1989 to 1994 and proceeded to work in a leading position as Head of Financial Control Group of Equity Bank for over 7 years and subsequently rose to the position of Group head, Credit and Risk Administration for over three years. Here in North America, Clement is a graduate of Accounting and Information Technology, Financial Planning and Tax management consulting. With quality formal training and over twelve years experience as an investment and retail banker and underwriter Mr. Esene decided to take his expertise into his own business in 2006. He has been licenced as a mortgage agent since 2006, which has brought him first-hand experience with the home-buying process for the past nine years. His many interactions with home buyers and sellers through mortgage lending, allowed him to realize that client’s needs weren’t properly being met. His desire to help individuals achieve their homeownership and investment goals is what inspired Clement to pursue his real estate license. Clement is focused on helping clients obtain their ideal home that is perfect for them - He believes that having full knowledge of the real-estate market along with the mortgage lending process will allow him to provide his clients with a unique home-buying experience by providing them with authentic, seamless and stress-free services when making one of the biggest investment decisions of their lives.
